Pilgrimage
at Burning Brush
The Pilgrimage is becoming a yearly tradition for Burning Brush.
Art work based on a specific theme is displayed around the grounds
of Cornerstone Festival, in an ordered sequence that takes the
viewer on a meditative spiritual journey. Viewers are free to
take the Pilgrimage walk at their own pace any time during the
festival, or they can choose to be a part of a scheduled guided
tour, where the art will be explained more in depth, and discussion
with question and answer time is available.
Pilgrimage 2007: The Names of God
This years theme was "The Names of God." Visit the
online version here.
Pilgrimage 2006: The Great Divorce
The Great Divorce by C. S. Lewis was the inspiration
for this year's Pilgrimage. Each artist chose a theme from the
book as the basis for their art piece. Visit the online version
here.
Pilgrimage 2005: The Psalms of Ascent
Each artist was given a theme taken from the Psalms of Ascent.
